Pot sa-mi folosesc smartphone-ul prin fereastra suportului?

Bineinteles ca puteti! Fereastra este realizata dintr-un material conductiv extrem de sensibil.
Pot incarca telefonul smartphone in interiorul carcasei cu un cablu USB?

Sigur ca da. Exista un orificu in parte de jos care iti va permite sa introduci cablul USB in interiorul suportului.

Avem o gama de cabluri "invizibile" in categoria accessorii. Conectorul este atat de subtire incat arata ca a fi invizibil cand este conectat la telefon.

Se poate observa in video-ul de ma jos:
Ma tem ca telefonul / GPS-ul vibreaza sau se misca in suport :(

IMPOSIBIL, chiar daca dispozitivul dumneavostra este foarte mic. Separatorul rosu din centrul suportului este un fel de perna cu gel care ajuta la anularea vibratiilor si la prevenirea deplasarii dispozitivului.
Care este intrebuintarea accesoriului negru din spuma solida (foam) din interiorul suportului?

The black foams are adapters for small smartphone, in the case you want to be sure that your device will not move during your ride.

For be honnest, there is no necessity of using it, even you have a very small smartphone, i twill never move inside the case.

Is the SO EASY RIDER case waterproof ?

YES it is. In case of heavy rain we advise you to use the Rain Cover which is provide with case.
Poate fi utilizat suportul SO EASY RIDER sub apa?

In nici un caz! Rezistent la apa nu inseamna submersibil.
Suportul SO EASY RIDER se poate desprinde la viteza mare?

Este IMPOSIBIL! Chiar si la o viteza de 400km/h nu se poate desprinde.

Is it possible to add an external battery in the SO EASY RIDER case?

Yes sure, a second compartment is available inside the case. You can place anything you want in it.
If you want to place an external battery, it should not be bigger than 16.2 CM X 8.4 CM / 6,29’’ X 3.14’’.
Is my smartphone compatible the SO EASY RIDER Comboz/T-fighter holder?

Yes no doubt. The SO EASY RIDER is now universal and allow to use smartphones 4’’ to 5.8’’ (Exemple : iPhone 4 to X, Galaxy S3 to S8)

If you think that your smartphone is bigger than a iPhone X or a Galaxy S8, take the measurement of it. It should not be bigger than 16.2 CM X 8.4 CM / 6,29 ‘’ X 3.14’’
Is my satnav/GPS device compatible the SO EASY RIDER Comboz/T-fighter holder?

Probably yes, most of the GPS up to 5.8 ‘’ fit in the SO EASY RIDER case.

If you think that your GPS is really too big, take the measurement of it. It should not be bigger than 16.2 CM X 8.4 CM / 6,29 ‘’ X 3.14’’
Can i install a former model of SO EASY RIDER case on the Comboz mounts ?

Yes sure, you can use your old model of case from SO EASY RIDER V4 until now with the Comboz mount.

You should buy the Ball plate BPCS-ACC + the Comboz mount of your choice. You can find those parts on this page
Can i install the Evolution Kit on a former model of SO EASY RIDER case ?

Yes sure, you can use your old model of case from SO EASY RIDER V4 (2010) until now with the Evolution kit.

Can the magnetic field damage my smartphone / GPS?

No, impossible. The magnetic field of the Evolution Kit is not powerful enough to damage a smartphone or GPS positioned in the SO EASY RIDER case.

In the SO EASY RIDER case, the magnetic field can’t cause any damage to any device.
I'm afraid that my SO EASY RIDER case will be stolen when I'm at a red light, is there a solution?

Yes sure ! We added a strap that is positioned around the articulated arm. If you put it, you will limit the risk of theft.
I'm afraid that my Evolution kit will be stolen when my motorcycle is parked, is there an anti-theft solution?

Yes of course ! we thought of everything, you will find a lock nut on this page
Can i install the Evolution Kit on a former model of SO EASY RIDER case ?

Yes sure, you can use your old model of case from SO EASY RIDER V4 (2010) until now with the Evolution kit.
